Digital Performance Recruiter

An international performance marketing team is looking for a recruiter to handle mass hiring of media buyers. Closing 5-10 positions per month, managing the pipeline from response to onboarding, active sourcing via TG, LinkedIn, hh, and working with candidate database.

What we need

• Experience in recruiting in digital / traffic arbitrage / affiliate (mandatory)
• Understanding of buyer metrics: ROI, CPC, CR, ROMI
• Ability to close many positions, not just 1-2 top roles per month
• Willingness to do cold sourcing and use scripts
• Desire to learn recruitment tools
