Recruiter

We are an international performance marketing team (60+ people). We are looking for a recruiter for mass hiring of media buyers (Junior to Middle). The role involves closing 5-10 positions per month, managing the funnel, sourcing candidates independently, and working with the candidate database.

What you'll do

• Close up to 5–10 positions per month (Junior to Middle Media Buyer)
• Manage the funnel: response → screening → offer → onboarding
• Search independently: TG chats, LinkedIn, work with warm hh
• Work with the candidate database and warm up cold contacts
• Give friendly feedback to everyone

What we need

• Experience in recruiting in digital / arbitrage / affiliate (mandatory)
• Understanding of buyer metrics: ROI, CPC, CR, ROMI
• Ability to close many positions, not just 1–2 top positions per month
• Willingness to cold search and scripts
• Desire to learn recruitment tools
