Affiliate Manager | iGaming

An international product project in iGaming is looking for an Affiliate Manager. Responsibilities include finding and attracting webmasters, working with the partner base, traffic analysis, KPI control. Requires 2-3 years of experience in Gambling/iGaming and knowledge of the RU/CIS market.

What you'll do

• Search and attract new webmasters and partners (Geo: CIS, priority — RU market)
• Work with existing partner base: development, retention, scaling
• Analysis of traffic quality and efficiency, collaboration with analytics
• Onboarding, support and optimization of partners in the tracker
• Monitoring partner KPI fulfillment
• Scaling successful traffic sources
• Market, competitor and offer monitoring
• Participation in industry conferences and offline meetings (2-3 times a year)
• Main traffic sources: SEO, Telegram, Email

What we need

• Experience as Affiliate Manager in Gambling / iGaming vertical for 2-3 years
• Practical and current experience with RU / CIS market
• Understanding of various traffic sources and their specifics
• Experience attracting and scaling webmasters
• Traffic analytics skills and work with metrics (FTD, GGR, ROI, etc.)
• Ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships
• Independence, result orientation, proactivity
