Affiliate Manager

An international product project in iGaming is looking for an Affiliate Manager to find and attract new webmasters and partners in the CIS market (priority RU), work with the existing partner base, analyze traffic, and scale successful sources. Main traffic sources: SEO, Telegram, Email. Work format: remote or office in Bulgaria, relocation and residence permit support possible.
What we need
- 2-3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in Gambling / iGaming vertical
- Practical and current experience with the RU / CIS market
- Understanding of various traffic sources and their specifics
- Experience in attracting and scaling webmasters
- Traffic analytics skills and experience with metrics (FTD, GGR, ROI, etc.)
- Ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships
- Independence, result orientation, proactivity
