HR role for the the company team. Two directions: IT (SEO specialists) and creative (producers, scriptwriters). Tasks include digitizing job descriptions, finding Telegram channels for sourcing, LinkedIn outreach, and administering test tasks.

What you'll do

• Digitize job descriptions from voice notes point by point
• Find Telegram channels for candidate sourcing, negotiate post placements, and maintain a price table
• LinkedIn outreach and creation of company profile
• Administer test tasks to candidates
• Minimize bureaucracy, maximize specifics (candidate + test task + digitization)
