Head of Affiliate (iGaming)

We are looking for a strong Head of Affiliate for an international gaming project. The role involves scaling traffic, developing the partner network, and building a growth strategy. Manage team and KPI analysis.

What you'll do

• Development and implementation of affiliate strategy
• Scaling traffic and launching new GEOs
• Team management and KPI tracking
• Work with partners (webmasters, arbitrage, influencers)
• Traffic analysis and antifraud

What we need

• Experience as Head of Affiliate in iGaming for at least 2 years
• Cases of scaling and entering new markets
• Knowledge of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• Strong negotiation skills and team management
