Incoming Traffic Operator (FD/RD)

We are looking for an experienced specialist in handling incoming messages in the gambling vertical focused on Uzbekistan geo, who can effectively guide users from first contact (FD) to repeat actions (RD).

What you'll do

• Processing incoming messages
• Working with ready-made scripts and templates
• Guiding users from FD to RD
• Daily reporting (spreadsheet)

What we need

• Experience in the gambling vertical
• Experience with Uzbekistan geo
• At least 1 year of experience in traffic processing
• Proficient written communication
• Responsibility, punctuality, and adherence to work schedule

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Uzbek language
• Experience with CRM (Chatterfly)
