Head of Retention & VIP

The employer in the betting space is looking for a strong specialist who can turn one-off players into a loyal audience, grow the VIP direction and influence key business metrics. The role covers developing the retention and VIP strategy, raising player retention, LTV and engagement, as well as managing a team and improving customer experience based on data.

What you'll do

• Develop the retention and VIP strategy
• Increase player retention, LTV and engagement
• Develop loyalty programs and personalized offers
• Manage the team and improve customer experience based on data

What we need

• Mandatory experience working specifically with sportsbook / iGaming
• Understanding of Retention, LTV, Churn metrics and player economics
• Experience developing the VIP segment and working with high-value players
• Ability to build strategy and achieve measurable results
