FD Line Specialist (Calls)

The company is looking for a female specialist for the FD line to work with inbound leads in the fintech vertical across the CIS. Core duties include processing inbound traffic, initial communication and phone calls following a set script, with results logged. A fixed base, performance bonuses, training and TL team support are provided.

What you'll do

• Process inbound traffic
• Conduct initial communication and phone calls
• Guide the lead through the established script
• Log work results

What we need

• Fluent, grammatically correct Russian
• Ability to handle lead objections
• Responsibility and consistency at work

Nice to have

• Experience processing on the FD line
• Experience in sales / a call center
