Team Lead Facebook (Gambling)

The employer is actively scaling and launching a second Facebook team, so it is looking for an experienced Team Lead to head the team and grow it together with the company. The role involves building a team of buyers, organizing parallel traffic runs, scaling campaigns, and being responsible for the team's results and one's own traffic. The work format is fully remote.

What you'll do

• Build and develop the Facebook team
• Organize parallel traffic runs and control volumes
• Scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency
• Analytics, optimization, and strategic planning
• Set tasks for buyers and control results
• Be responsible for the team's results and one's own traffic
• Support buyers in working with connections and decision-making
• Systematic work with the team's actual metrics and numbers

What we need

• From 6 months of experience as a Facebook Team Lead
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads in Gambling
• Understanding of parallel traffic runs and working with large budgets
• Experience building, managing, and scaling a team
• Willingness to independently develop a new team and be responsible for its results
