Twitter/X Growth Manager

An international holding with expertise in dating and performance marketing is looking for a Growth Manager for a new AI direction, using Twitter (X) as the main traffic channel.

What you'll do

• Setup and launch X infrastructure: software, proxies, fingerprint, Mother-Child networks.
• Auto-posting AI content through a network of accounts (content prepared by AI creator).
• Trend & comment hijacking without spam.
• Work with Trust Score, account warming, and anti-shadowban mechanics.
• Scaling the network (50–100+ accounts) and testing new approaches.
• Monitoring CTR, clicks, and conversions.

What we need

• Experience with Twitter/X traffic in niches: Dating, Crypto, Adult, or other gray verticals.
• Experience with Mother-Child networks and aged accounts.
• Understanding of Trust Score, shadowban, limits, and anti-spam systems.
• Proficiency in XReacher, Dubmin, or equivalents.
• Experience with automated management of 50–100 accounts simultaneously.
• English for working with X trends and content.
