CTO / Chief Technical Officer

A large traffic arbitrage team (100+ professionals) is looking for a CTO to lead the entire technical direction: infrastructure audit, strategy, building processes and team. Experience in iGaming/Crypto and working with media buying teams is required.

What you'll do

• Conduct an audit of the current technical infrastructure and identify key growth areas
• Develop and scale the team's internal services and tools
• Lead technical projects from business task and architecture to full launch
• Develop CRM/ERP and internal solutions for media buying teams
• Establish development, DevOps, security, and fault tolerance processes
• Manage the technical team: define areas of responsibility, priorities, and interaction processes
• Work directly with owners, heads of departments, and internal stakeholders
• Form the company's technical strategy and roadmap for tech direction development
• Hire and develop the team as the business scales

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience as CTO / Head of Tech in an arbitrage team, mainly iGaming / Crypto
• Practical experience with infrastructure of teams running traffic via FB and/or Google
• Experience developing and implementing CRM/ERP or internal systems for buying
• Experience building a technical team and development processes from scratch or significantly restructuring them
• Strong technical foundation: architecture, backend, infrastructure, DevOps, security, fault tolerance
• Experience directly interacting with business owners and department heads
• Understanding of affiliate infrastructure: trackers, integrations, farming, anti-detects, accounting, traffic running, and automation of buying processes

Nice to have

• Experience with high-load infrastructure and process automation within a large media buying team
