Team Lead Backend (.NET)

We are looking for a Team Lead Backend (.NET): managing a team of up to 7 people, planning tasks and deadlines, interacting with frontend/mobile/DB, developing processes and the team, participating in development and architecture. Stack: .NET, MongoDB, MySQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, Kubernetes. Remote, flexible schedule.

What we need

• Management experience of at least 1 year
• .NET/C# for at least 3 years
• Knowledge of CI/CD, microservice architecture, monitoring and incident management systems

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, E-commerce or Highload projects
