Motion Designer (Middle)

The employer is opening an additional recruitment round for a Middle Motion Designer position. They need a specialist who creates creatives from scratch to final render and understands that a good creative is about conversion growth. The role is fully remote, in the traffic arbitrage space.

What you'll do

• Creating top-tier creatives from scratch to final render
• Working with lip-sync, footage, and deepfakes
• Using AI tools: NB, Kling, Sync, 11Labs
• Sourcing material for footage/editing

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in traffic arbitrage
• Confident command of motion design tools — from idea to final render
• Skills in effectively using neural networks
• Ability to quickly adapt to tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a team
• Willingness to provide a portfolio
