Employer Location —Comp Weekly payments. Fixed salary + bonus for each employee who passes trial period + quarterly KPI bonus.
We are looking for a strong recruiter to join the hiring team, responsible for filling positions in the investment and schema traffic vertical. The specialist will source candidates via Telegram, hh, LinkedIn, conduct initial screening, organize interviews, and support through to onboarding. Remote work with weekly payments and bonuses.
What you'll do
- Search for candidates via Telegram channels, hh, LinkedIn, and private chats;
- Conduct initial candidate screening;
- Organize interviews with clients, owners, and team leads;
- Prepare offers and support candidates until onboarding;
- Maintain candidate database and reporting on closed vacancies.
What we need
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience;
- Experience hiring in schema traffic — mandatory;
- Skill of initial evaluation of candidates by metrics (GEO, vertical, budget, management);
- Ability to handle objections and close offers;
