The company is a team of 100+ specialists with 4+ years of stable growth in traffic arbitrage. They work with Facebook and focus on two verticals, offering infrastructure for a quick start. They are looking for a Team Lead Media Buying to manage a team of media buyers in the crypto vertical.

What you'll do

• Oversee and develop the team of media buyers
• Monitor KPIs and profitability
• Help scale working strategies
• Participate in testing new approaches
• Establish internal processes and reporting

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in the Crypto vertical
• Proficient with Facebook Ads
• Experience managing a team (2–3 buyers)
• Ability to scale campaigns and identify growth opportunities
• Systematic approach, initiative, and accountability for team results
