Content Team Lead

We are looking for a strong Content Team Lead to optimize team performance and improve metrics.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of content managers, organize and control department operations
• Develop, optimize, and implement content strategy
• Continuously analyze engagement and adjust content plan based on audience response

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Practical understanding of ROMI, conversions, and other key content campaign performance metrics
• Proven experience managing, developing, and coordinating a team
• Experience with multi-geo (LATAM is a plus)
• Experience developing and implementing content strategies for promotion and binary options verticals

Nice to have

• Experience in forex
