Head of Sales / Sales Director (Forex)

The employer is looking for a strong Head of Sales / Sales Director to take ownership of managing and scaling the sales department, build systematic team operations, and directly influence commercial results. The role focuses on a deposit-based model, full-funnel control from lead to retention, and growth of key metrics. GEO: Brazil / LATAM.

What you'll do

• Manage the FD/RD team, including hiring, onboarding, and training
• Control the entire funnel: lead → dialogue → registration → deposit → redeposit → retention
• Analyze conversations, objections, and the causes of performance drops
• Grow CR, FTD, average deposit, LTV, and revenue
• Improve scripts, follow-up, regulations, and work standards
• Control CRM, SLA, and lead-handling quality
• Analytics, forecasting, and reporting
• Collaborate with Traffic and Content teams
• Personally engage with complex and high-value clients

What we need

• Experience as Head of Sales / Sales Director in Forex / Binary Options / CFD / Crypto / Investments / Gambling / Affiliate
• Mandatory experience with a deposit-based model and a sales team
• Strong hands-on sales experience
• Understanding of CR, FTD, Retention, LTV, and Follow-up
• Managing a team through KPIs, analytics, and processes
• Proven cases of growing conversion, deposits, revenue, or scaling a department
