Partnership Manager / BizDev (CPA)

An international fintech company with 18 years of experience in financial markets is looking for a Partnership Manager (CPA) to find and attract new partners, manage CPA campaigns, and develop relationships with existing partners. The role involves working with CPA networks, advertising networks, and affiliate marketing.

What you'll do

• Search and attract new partners in CPA/Ad networks/Affiliate marketing
• Support and develop relationships with existing partners, manage offers, compete for webmasters
• Organize and conduct negotiations, sign contracts
• Launch, support and optimize CPA campaigns
• Analyze performance of partners, offers and traffic sources
• Prepare reports and analyze KPIs (volumes, CR, EPC, ROI, traffic quality)
• Monitor traffic quality (approval, fraud, misclicks)
• Monitor correctness of integrations (postback, API, trackers)
• Scale successful combinations and partners
• Coordinate work with internal departments

What we need

• Experience with CPA networks and cross-marketing is mandatory
• Integration of new networks and setup of agency accounts within AppsFlyer platform
• Result-oriented
• Well-developed negotiation skills (Win-Win approach)
• English language proficiency from B2 and above
