Team Lead Sales FD/RD

We are looking for a professional Sales Team Lead to work with financial traffic. The candidate must be able to lead and train a team at the FD/RD stages, have experience with binary options/forex, and confidently close clients. We offer a constant flow of quality inbound traffic, SEO support, and a fixed salary plus a percentage of results.

What you'll do

• Training staff
• Managing communication with the team
• Maintaining reporting
• Setting up departments
• Working in CRM
• Introducing new systems and testing hypotheses

What we need

• Experience in FD/RD or financial sales for at least 6 months
• Experience working with traffic from Europe (Tier 1-2)
• Ability to confidently close clients and handle FD/RD objections
• Confident work with CRM and large volumes of inbound traffic
• Creating scripts and training managers
• Understanding the funnels you work with
