A sports entertainment company is looking for a product analyst for its revenue management team. The role involves analytical research, metric tracking, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and developing the product metrics system. Hybrid work format in Moscow.

What you'll do

  • Conduct analytical research, find new growth points, and propose product improvements.
  • Track key product metrics daily and independently notice drops, anomalies, and changes in user behavior.
  • Investigate causes of metric changes and form conclusions for product and business.
  • Analyze user funnels: registration, verification, password recovery, authorization, payment mechanics, gamification, user sessions, and other parts of the customer journey.
  • Develop the product metrics system, identify key growth drivers and relationships between different metric levels.
  • Assess the potential of new features and their impact on key business metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing of product and business features: participate in experiment design, analyze and interpret results.
  • Work on methodological tasks: increase experiment sensitivity, find proxy metrics, work with samples, and account for the impact of heavy users.
  • Digitize and analyze CJM, find drop-off points and areas for optimization.
  • Participate in developing product system monitoring, anomaly detection, and approaches to finding causes of drops.
  • Interact with product teams, technical analytics, and other stakeholders.

What we need

  • 2-3+ years of experience as a product analyst, preferably in high-load digital products: betting/gambling, e-commerce, fintech, gaming, or related fields.
  • Strong SQL skills: subqueries, window functions, complex joins, and independent work with data.
  • Use Python for analysis and automation: Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or similar libraries.
  • Experience with A/B testing: experiment design, analysis and interpretation of results, work with statistical criteria, and improving metric sensitivity.
  • Understanding of product metrics and unit economics, ability to link product changes to business results.
  • Knowledge of mathematical statistics sufficient for product analytics tasks.
  • Ability to independently decompose business tasks and find solutions through data.
  • Analysis of user funnels, CJM, and user behavior on web and mobile app.
  • Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders, manage expectations, and clearly explain complex analytical concepts.
  • Clearly communicate thoughts, argue conclusions, and defend your point of view based on data.
  • Be systematic, think critically, independently notice deviations, and bring analysis to a reasoned conclusion.
