Sales Manager

An international recruitment agency specializing in hiring specialists for Crypto, FinTech, iGaming, Affiliate, and High-Risk sectors is looking for a Sales Manager to develop new partnerships and scale the business. The role involves the full sales cycle, working with B2B clients, and a fully remote format from Europe.

What you'll do

• Searching for and attracting new B2B clients
• Conducting meetings and presentations of the agency's services
• Building long-term relationships with clients and developing the existing base
• Managing the full sales cycle: from first contact to contract signing
• Preparing commercial proposals and participating in negotiations
• Interacting with the recruitment team for successful project launches
• Maintaining CRM and sales reporting
• Attending international conferences
• Meeting individual KPIs and participating in the development of the company's commercial direction

What we need

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience
• English at least B2 level
• Based in a European country
• Experience negotiating with decision-makers
• Ability to independently find clients and build long-term relationships
• High level of communication, initiative, and result orientation

Nice to have

• Experience selling services in a recruitment agency or HR Tech
• Experience with CRM systems
