Team Lead Media Buying (Facebook / Google)

A marketing company in the crypto vertical is looking for a Team Lead Media Buying (Facebook/Google) and a Team Lead Farming (Facebook/Google). Candidates must have team management experience, understanding of CPA/CPL and traffic economics. Crypto is a priority, but gambling and nutra are also considered.

What you'll do

• Launch, optimize and scale advertising campaigns on Facebook/Google.
• Allocate and scale budgets.
• Work with languages and catalogs.
• Monitor KPIs: ROI, CPA, spend, conversions.
• Manage a team (3-5 people), build and strengthen processes.

What we need

• Relevant experience with Facebook Ads.
• Understanding of traffic economics, experience with CPL.
• Ability to allocate and scale budgets.
• Work through languages and catalogs (mandatory).
• Experience managing a team (3+ people) or willingness to grow.
• Understanding of metrics: ROI, CPA, spend, conversions.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a team (3-5 people) is an advantage.
