We are looking for a Team Lead of Media Buying to work with GEOs LATAM, CIS, Africa in the fintech vertical (payday loans/credit).
What you'll do
- Managing a team of media buyers
- Building and scaling campaigns
- Controlling traffic quality and buyer performance
- Establishing internal team processes
What we need
- Strong experience as a Team Lead
- Experience managing a team of buyers (mandatory)
- Understanding of metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI
- Experience building and scaling campaigns
- Ability to establish internal team processes
- Control of traffic quality and buyer work
