We are looking for a Team Lead of Media Buying with experience managing a team of buyers. Vertical: lead generation/credit. GEO: LATAM, CIS, Africa. Compensation individually negotiated, schedule 7/0.

• Solid experience as a Team Lead
• Experience managing a team of buyers (mandatory)
• Understanding of metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI
• Experience building and scaling campaigns
• Ability to establish processes within the team
• Quality control of traffic and buyer performance
