What we need
- Experience running YouTube campaigns for at least 1.5 years
- Knowledge of CPA formula for CEO segment
- Ability to create Meaningful View and work with 'View-through to lead' metric
- Understanding of target audience psychology: businessmen, owners (cold, rational traffic)
- Experience with autonomous strategies (Target ROAS, Max Conversions)
