An iGaming company is looking for a Retention/CRM Manager to develop bonuses and gifts for user segments, launch and configure CRM campaigns, monitor key metrics, and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and analysts. Requires at least 1.5 years of experience as a CRM/Retention Manager, preferably with Customer.io. Remote work, full-time.
