What we need
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming
- Understanding of promo mechanics, bonus systems, and player segmentation
- Data analysis and campaign performance forecasting skills
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, analytics)
- Strong analytical thinking
- Attention to detail and ability to self-organize
