Promo Manager

We are looking for a Promo Manager to develop the promotional direction in an iGaming project. We need a specialist who can launch bonus mechanics, analyze their effectiveness, and influence key product business metrics.

What you'll do

• Develop, launch, and support promo campaigns from idea to final analysis
• Formulate promotion concepts, calculate budgets, and forecast effectiveness
• Prepare technical specifications and coordinate the work of content, design, analytics, and technical teams
• Analyze results of promo activities and find growth points
• Compare campaign performance over time and prepare improvement recommendations
• Monitor execution of the marketing plan
• Maintain reporting on launched activities

What we need

• Experience in iGaming from 3 years
• Understanding of promo mechanics, bonus systems, and player segmentation
• Data analysis and campaign effectiveness forecasting skills
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, analytics)
• Strong analytical thinking
• Attention to detail and ability to organize work independently
