Motion / Static Designer

A strong team in the gambling vertical (EU, LatAm) is looking for a creative designer to work with static and video assets for Facebook Ads. Requires 1+ year of experience in traffic arbitrage/performance, understanding of the gambling vertical, and knowledge of EU/LatAm trends. Remote format, 5/2 schedule, compensation: fixed rate + bonus.

What we need

• 1+ year of experience in creative design (traffic arbitrage / performance)
• Experience with static and video creatives for Facebook Ads
• Understanding of the gambling vertical and offer specifics
• Knowledge of trends and approaches in creatives for EU and LatAm GEOs
• Proficient in AI / Photoshop / After Effects / Figma (or equivalents)
• Independence, systematic approach, ability to work with and without briefs

Nice to have

• Experience with PWA pre-landers and funnels
• Understanding of compliance requirements in gambling
• Experience with TikTok / Google / Native formats
• Familiarity with competitor creatives (spy services)
