Anti-Fraud Specialist

International IT company in iGaming seeks an experienced Anti-Fraud Specialist focused on detecting and preventing fraud in affiliate marketing. The role involves traffic auditing, data analysis, and cross-department collaboration.

What you'll do

• Conduct regular audits of affiliate traffic to identify incentivized traffic, fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, traffic leakage between partners, and low-quality traffic.
• Prepare analytical reports with clear conclusions and recommendations for each case or partner.
• Formulate final resolutions based on audit results.
• Maintain case history, record decisions, and coordinate actions with relevant teams.
• Close interaction with other departments (affiliate, finance, legal, analytics, etc.).
• Participate in optimizing internal anti-fraud processes: develop and implement new tools, automate analytics, and improve traffic quality control efficiency.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming as an anti-fraud analyst, affiliate manager, or payment verification specialist.
• Deep understanding of affiliate models and key metrics (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, ROI, GGR, NGR, etc.).
• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel and CRM systems.
• Confidence working with numbers, ability to see cause-and-effect relationships and risks in user and partner behavior.
• Team player with a high level of responsibility and initiative.
• Interest in developing anti-fraud processes, automating analytics, and implementing new solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
