Head of FD

We are looking for a Head of FD for an in-house product close to gambling. Remote, GEO: Kazakhstan. Currently managing 4 FD managers, you will take over the department, boost performance, and expand the team.

What you'll do

• Manage the FD department: distribute leads, control shift coverage, online presence, and discipline
• Manage the funnel from lead to first deposit and work daily on conversion growth
• Control processing quality: review dialogues, errors, and manager performance
• Develop and improve scripts, offers, and objection handling
• Keep CRM organized: up-to-date statuses, no overdue or unprocessed leads
• Together with HR, hire, onboard, and train new employees
• Bring newcomers up to plan and manage turnover
• Expand the department from the current 4 people to the required size
• Provide the manager with daily numbers on the funnel, tasks, and issues
• Interact with traffic, retention, and payment teams
• Motivate the team, work with underperformers, and rotate staff when necessary

What we need

• Experience in the affiliate sphere is mandatory
• 1-2 years of experience managing a sales department
• Experience managing a team of 5+ direct reports
• Hands-on experience in hiring and onboarding: built a team from scratch, brought newcomers up to plan, managed turnover
• Proficient with CRM is mandatory
• Fluent Russian

Nice to have

• Experience with Chatterfy is a strong advantage
• Experience with CIS markets is a plus
• Kazakh language is an advantage
