Project Manager / Execution Lead

The company is seeking a Project Manager to lead implementation in the African region, manage global initiatives, and act as a bridge between regional leadership and headquarters. The role involves licensing, fintech integration, and new product launches.

What you'll do

• Support project implementation in the African region: planning, coordination with legal, finance, compliance, tech department, and sales.
• Licensing: support projects from document preparation to regulatory approval.
• Launch front shops: full cycle from creating a legal entity to launching payment acceptance.
• Provider integration: due diligence, contract signing, technical integration, and go-live.
• Manage global initiatives: submit license applications in Africa, PCI DSS certification projects, launch products in new regions.
• Connect ideas and results: act as a bridge between regional leadership and headquarters, solve problems until first transaction or revenue goal is achieved.
• Create execution infrastructure: develop project management stathe companyrds, templates, workflows, implement metrics and reporting systems, conduct post-mortem sessions.

What we need

• 3-5+ years of project/program management experience in a business context (not only IT).
• Mathe companytory experience in the iGaming sector.
• Mathe companytory expertise in Fintech: understanding of payments and processing.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects to completion.
• Coordination skills: ability to align legal, finance, and developers.
• Fluent English and Russian/Ukrainian.

Nice to have

• Experience with licensing or compliance certification.
• Knowledge of emerging markets (Africa, Latin America).
• Technical background (understanding of API, payment infrastructure).
• Experience in startups and willingness to work in uncertainty.
