Customer Support Agent (Call Center)

The company is looking for a contact center specialist for the customer support team in iGaming. Open to candidates with or without experience. Main tasks: outbound calls using scripts, text chat support, adherence to quality standards. Fully remote, 2/2 shift schedule.

What we need

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Russian proficiency at C2 level or higher
  • Willingness to work a 2/2 shift schedule
  • Strong soft skills: stress tolerance, communication, learning ability

Nice to have

  • Experience in support or iGaming
  • Experience in phone negotiations in English
