Customer Support Agent (Call Center)
Employer —Location Remote
The company is looking for a contact center specialist for the customer support team in iGaming. Open to candidates with or without experience. Main tasks: outbound calls using scripts, text chat support, adherence to quality standards. Fully remote, 2/2 shift schedule.
What we need
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Russian proficiency at C2 level or higher
- Willingness to work a 2/2 shift schedule
- Strong soft skills: stress tolerance, communication, learning ability
Nice to have
- Experience in support or iGaming
- Experience in phone negotiations in English
