Team Lead / Senior Media Buying (X) Crypto

The employer is launching new traffic sources and is looking for leads who can build, scale and develop a source within the team from scratch. The key focus is buying traffic from Twitter/X for crypto projects with a strong ROI orientation.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of media buyers: setting tasks, monitoring, development, launching the department from scratch
• Develop and execute traffic acquisition strategies on Twitter/X for crypto projects
• Independently launch, scale and optimize ad campaigns
• Analyze performance, work with key metrics, maintain ROI focus
• Test creatives, audiences and new approaches
• Implement best practices and train the team

What we need

• Hands-on experience with Twitter/X of 6+ months, with active traffic running within the last 3 months
• Experience working with crypto traffic
• Skills to independently launch, scale and optimize campaigns
• Deep understanding of analytics, ability to work with metrics and focus on ROI
• Experience testing creatives, audiences and new approaches
• Willingness to take responsibility for results
