HR Manager / Lead Recruiter (Arbitrage & Sales)

An arbitration team in the crypto vertical is looking for an HR Manager / Lead Recruiter to close vacancies at all levels (buyers, content, design, tech, sales).

What you'll do

• Close vacancies at all levels: buyers, content, design, tech, sales.
• Search and find candidates on Telegram, forums, through networking, websites, etc.
• Conduct screening, interviews, coordinate test tasks, and onboard new hires.
• Create a hiring funnel.
• Think critically, analyze and refine/change the hiring funnel to hire suitable people without waiting for the team.

• Experience in arbitrage: understanding of team roles and tasks
• Expert sourcing in niche communities
• Speed, systematic approach, proactivity
• Understand that you need to hire people who solve problems, not create new ones
