SMM Specialist with AI Tools

A tech-driven microfinance company is looking for an SMM manager to run the brand's social media using AI tools: writing copy, creating banners and short videos. The goal is to build brand trust and bring in customers from social media.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute an SMM strategy for a financial brand: microloans, loyalty programs
• Build a content plan and write posts with ChatGPT and Claude: saving tips, financial myth debunking, product posts
• Generate banners, ad creatives and illustrations with AI tools
• Produce short videos for Reels, Shorts and VK Clips in AI video editors
• Handle comments and reputation: write scripts and ready-made responses to objections and negativity
• Monitor competitors and fintech trends

What we need

• 2+ years of SMM experience, preferably in fintech, insurance or bankruptcy
• Ability to write prompts that make AI produce usable financial copy and graphics
• Ability to explain complex financial products in simple language
• Ability to track metrics: reach, clicks, conversion to applications

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial advertising law, labeling and platform restrictions
• Experience with AI services for auto-posting and analytics
• Yandex Metrika or basic database skills
