UBT Traffic Manager (organic traffic)

An affiliate team in the finance vertical is looking for a UBT Traffic Manager to launch and scale organic traffic from TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook into ready-made funnels. Work targets Spain and LATAM with expansion to WW; pay is a share of profit or per lead. 100% remote, full-time.

What you'll do

• Launch and scale organic traffic on TikTok / Instagram / Facebook / Shorts into the funnels
• Mass account registration and management, monitoring account health
• Writing briefs for content shoots and finding formats that hit the recommendations
• Monitoring metrics in the tracker and CRM, reporting
• Independent decisions on what to scale, what to cut, and new sources and formats

What we need

• 1+ year of UBT experience on TikTok with real volumes and know-how of hitting recommendations
• Experience building UBT as a system: from account registration and content to a stable lead flow
• Ability to scale: mass account registration and management, own software, bots or automation
• Experience with antidetect browsers, proxies (mobile, residential) and account farms, understanding of bans and shadowbans
• Ability to work with viral content and upload it at large volumes
• Readiness to state your volumes: number of accounts, daily views and clicks
• Understanding of metrics: views, retention, CTR to profile and link, cost per follower/lead, account survivability, ROMI

Nice to have

• UBT experience in Reels, Shorts, FB
• Experience in finance, Forex, Crypto, Trading
• Traffic runs on ES / LATAM
• Keitaro and analytics work
• Experience writing content briefs: shooting, editing, design
• Experience in a traffic arbitrage team
