Content Manager Telegram (LATAM)

We are looking for a Content Manager familiar with scheme traffic and understanding the LATAM audience. Tasks: managing Telegram channels, creating a content plan, writing engaging texts, working with bots, analyzing metrics. Remote format, flexible schedule, stable payments.

What you'll do

• Managing and developing Telegram channels for the Latin America geo
• Creating a content plan and regularly filling channels
• Writing engaging, warming, and selling texts
• Adapting content to the specifics of the LATAM audience
• Working with bots: auto-posting, pushes, basic settings
• Analyzing metrics and improving content based on results
• Visual packaging of channels and quality control of materials

What we need

• Experience with Telegram channels in scheme traffic
• Experience with LATAM geo — mandatory
• Understanding of audience acquisition and retention mechanics
• Ability to write texts that provoke reaction and engagement
• Familiarity with visual packaging (Figma / Photoshop — basic level)
• Using neural networks to optimize processes
• Independence, attentiveness, result orientation
