Payment Monitoring Specialist

The company is looking for a payment monitoring specialist to oversee the stability of the payment infrastructure, promptly identify incidents, and ensure uninterrupted financial processes on a high-load platform.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in payments, fintech, or monitoring
• Understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle
• Knowledge of acquiring, payment systems, and banking infrastructure
• Skills in payment conversion analysis and root cause analysis of declines
• Experience with monitoring systems, ticketing systems, and reporting
• Attention to detail and ability to respond quickly to incidents

Nice to have

• Experience in high-risk verticals
• Understanding of APIs and webhooks
• Experience in payment routing analysis and payment conversion
