Sales Manager (Polish)

We are looking for a Sales Manager with Polish language skills to work with incoming leads and convert them to first deposit. We have a stable flow of leads, gray/white vertical, and career growth opportunities.

What you'll do

• Process incoming leads
• Effectively convert leads to first deposit (FD)
• Build trusting dialogue rather than mechanically following scripts
• Meet conversion and sales volume targets

What we need

• 6+ months experience working with leads
• Understanding of FD funnel and typical lead behavior
• Skill of quick warm-up and confident closing
• Stress tolerance, attention to detail, and perseverance
• Fluency in Polish (spoken and written)
• Passing a polygraph test
