Team Lead Farm Facebook

The company, a company in search arbitrage, is looking for a Team Lead to manage an existing farm department that produces and warms Facebook accounts. Full-time, remote. Fixed salary based on expectations, flexible schedule, relocation to Cyprus at company expense.

What you'll do

• Organizing stable production of Facebook accounts
• Scaling the existing farm department
• Supplying the team with consumables (software, proxies, SMS, autoregs)
• Testing new methods of account registration
• Monitoring infrastructure stability
• Training and developing the team

What we need

• Experience managing a farm department
• Knowledge of Facebook account registration and warming processes
• Experience with proxies, autoregs, and farming software
• Team management skills
