Team Lead Media Buyer (Crypto)

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Media Buyer with expertise in CPA traffic in the Crypto vertical. Launch and scale ad campaigns, manage a team of buyers, analyze metrics, and ensure stable profit.

What you'll do

• Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns
• Work with Tier-1, Tier-2, Tier-3 GEO
• Analysis and monitoring of key metrics (ROI, CPA, CR, CPC, etc.)
• Ensure stable profit and meet planned volumes
• Gradual involvement in managing a team of buyers
• Setting tasks, monitoring the quality of launches and scaling
• Search and testing of new bundles and working approaches

What we need

• Proven work experience of 3+ years
• Practical experience in verticals: Crypto, Finance, Gambling
• Experience with large advertising budgets
• Deep understanding of analytics and internal metrics
• Practical experience in team management
• Skill in handling large traffic volumes and maintaining stable results
• Strong analytics and ability to make quick data-driven decisions
• Must have confirmed cases and real results
