CPO / Head of Product (New GEO Launch)

An international group of companies at the intersection of IT development, affiliate marketing, and payment solutions is looking for a CPO / Head of Product to launch a new vertical and new GEO from scratch. The role involves building product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing product KPIs.
What we need
- Experience as CPO / Head of Product in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or high-load digital projects
- Proven experience launching products from scratch
- Strong leadership skills and experience building teams
- Deep understanding of UX, product analytics, and user journeys
- Experience managing cross-functional delivery models
- Understanding of product metrics: CLTV, retention, NPS, unit economics
- Experience in product budgeting and financial planning
- System thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Fluent English
