Meta Media Buyer

We are looking for a Facebook buyer for the crypto/fintech vertical with launches in Kazakhstan, as well as RU buyers from other sources (Yandex Direct, Telegram Ads, VK, etc.). We offer a fixed salary + percentage + bonuses, large budgets, and remote work.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience with Meta Ads
- Real cases in crypto channels / copytrading / gambling
- Understanding of the KZ audience and local market specifics
- Ability to work with the funnel: traffic → TG channel / site → lead
- Skill to quickly test hypotheses and read numbers
- Having working accounts or understanding how to maintain them
- Independence and responsibility for results
Nice to have
- Cases with numbers for KZ or adjacent GEOs (RU, UZ)
- Experience with large budgets
- Understanding of native formats and UGC for crypto
- Own farms, accounts, or supplier connections
