Meta Media Buyer

We are looking for a Facebook buyer for crypto/fintech vertical with campaigns in Kazakhstan. Launch and manage Meta ads, drive traffic to Telegram channel and website, test combinations and audiences, work with creative team, analyze CPM, CTR, CPL, CR and scale working solutions.

What you'll do

• Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns targeting Kazakhstan audience
• Drive traffic to Telegram channel and website
• Test combinations, audiences, hypotheses quickly and systematically
• Work with creative team: provide feedback, request needed formats
• Analyze results (CPM, CTR, CPL, CR) and scale what works
• Monitor accounts, maintain stable delivery

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience with Meta Ads
• Real cases in crypto channels / copytrading / gambling
• Understanding of KZ audience specifics and local market
• Ability to work with funnel: traffic → TG channel / website → lead
• Skill to quickly test hypotheses and read numbers
• Having working accounts or understanding how to maintain them
• Independence and responsibility for results

Nice to have

• Cases with numbers for KZ or neighboring GEOs (RU, UZ)
• Experience with large budgets
• Understanding of native formats and UGC for crypto
• Own farms, accounts or supplier connections
