Influencer Marketing Team Lead

The employer is looking for an Influencer Marketing Team Lead to develop and implement influencer marketing strategy, scale international markets (LATAM, Asia, MENA), manage a team, and oversee campaign performance. Office in Limassol, relocation package provided.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategy
• Scale channels through influencers and integrations
• Develop international markets (LATAM, Asia, MENA, etc.)
• Build long-term relationships with key influencers
• Manage a team of influence managers: hire, develop, set KPIs
• Lead advertising integrations (YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, X/Twitter, etc.)
• Control content quality and brand consistency
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics

What we need

• 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Partnerships / Business Development
• Experience managing a team at Team Lead / Head level
• Strong negotiation skills and experience building partnerships
• Experience working with international influencers
• Understanding of performance metrics and analytics
• English from B2 and above
