Content Team Lead

A large scheme team is looking for a Content Team Lead to manage the content department, optimize workflow, and improve engagement metrics. Responsibilities include managing a team of content managers, developing content strategy, analyzing engagement metrics, and creating content for main and VIP channels.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the promotion vertical
- Experience managing a team of at least 5 people
- Understanding of engagement metrics, unsubscribes, and conversion
- Skills in developing content plans and welcome sequences
