Content Team Lead

The company is seeking a strong Content Team Lead to optimize team performance and improve engagement metrics. Responsibilities include managing content managers, developing content strategy, and handling ~20 channels.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of content managers
• Organize and control the department's work, distribute tasks
• Develop, optimize, and implement content strategy
• Continuous engagement analysis and content plan adjustment based on audience response
• Manage ~20 channels, control volume
• Create content for main and VIP channels

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the promotion vertical
• Experience managing a team of 5+ people
• Understanding of engagement, churn, and conversion metrics
• Skills in developing content plans and welcome sequences
