Customer Support Specialist

An online casino operator is looking for a customer support specialist to handle player inquiries in Russian. Fully remote, shift schedule.

What you'll do

• Handling player inquiries via live chat and email in Russian (occasionally by phone)
• Resolving issues related to verification, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, and platform functionality
• Meeting SLA for first response time and communication quality
• Documenting recurring issues and escalating them to the product team

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming user support
• Excellent written communication, ability to explain complex things simply
• Proficient in Google Sheets
• Stress tolerance in conflict situations
• Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts
