Team Lead Motion Designer

The company (the company) is looking for a Team Lead Motion Designer to manage a team of motion designers, create and oversee video creatives (UGC, ads, promo, in-app, animations) in iGaming. Requires management experience, strong portfolio of ad creatives, proficiency in After Effects and 3D (Cinema 4D / Blender), understanding of performance marketing and AI tools. What we need

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Motion Design
• Experience managing a team or mentoring
• Strong portfolio of advertising creatives
• Understanding of performance marketing
• Proficient in After Effects and 3D (Cinema 4D / Blender)
• Understanding of composition, typography, rhythm
• Practical experience with AI tools
• Ability to work quickly, structurally, and independently
• Understanding that motion is a growth tool, not just a pretty picture
• Ability to balance speed and quality
• Experience in building processes and making decisions without micromanagement
