Team Lead of Motion Designer

The company is looking for a Team Lead of Motion Designers to create and oversee video creatives for iGaming advertising. The role involves managing a team, optimizing production pipeline, and integrating AI tools.

What you'll do

• Create and oversee quality of video creatives (UGC, ads, promo, in-app, animations)
• Manage a team of motion designers
• Develop and maintain visual style
• Participate in creating advertising concepts with the creative producer
• Optimize production pipeline (speed, templates, automation)
• Integrate AI tools into the workflow
• Mentor and develop designers

What we need

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Motion Design
• Experience in team management or mentoring
• Strong portfolio of advertising creatives
• Understanding of performance marketing
• Proficient in After Effects and 3D (Cinema 4D / Blender)
• Understanding of composition, typography, rhythm
• Practical experience with AI tools
• Ability to work quickly, structurally, and independently
• Understanding that motion is a growth tool, not just a pretty picture
• Ability to balance speed and quality
• Experience in process building and decision-making without micromanagement
