An international iGaming holding is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager. Requires experience in Operations, understanding of performance marketing metrics, and skills in analytics and process optimization.

What you'll do

• Management of operational processes in performance marketing.
• Analysis of CPA, ROI, CR, LTV metrics and preparation of reports.
• Optimization of business processes and cross-functional collaboration.

What we need

• Experience in Operations / Business Operations
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROI, CR, LTV)
• Experience with analytics, reporting, and process optimization
• Cross-functional collaboration and system thinking skills

Nice to have

• Relevant experience in affiliate marketing/traffic (back-office, operational processes, analytics)
