Country Manager / Growth Leader (LATAM)

The employer is launching a brand in Latin America and seeking a Country Manager / Growth Leader to lead market entry, develop payment infrastructure, scale acquisition channels, adapt product, and build a local team. The role is fully remote with high autonomy.

What you'll do

• Launch the brand in Latin American countries and achieve key business metrics
• Develop local payment infrastructure (PSPs, banks, alternative payment methods)
• Scale performance, affiliate, and partner acquisition channels
• Adapt the product to local demand, user behavior, and regulatory requirements
• Establish processes and build a local team as needed

What we need

• Experience launching, developing, or scaling international markets
• Experience in iGaming, Betting, Fintech, Payments, or other fast-growing digital products
• Strong product and growth expertise

Nice to have

• Understanding of the LATAM payment ecosystem
