Lead Affiliate Manager CIS

The company in iGaming is looking for a Lead Affiliate Manager to lead a team and develop the CIS direction with a focus on Uzbekistan. Remote work with flexible schedule. Requires team management experience in iGaming and knowledge of CIS markets.

What you'll do

• Leading a team of Affiliate and Local Managers
• Expanding partner network and negotiating deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Monitoring unit economics, traffic quality, and growth of metrics (FTD, GGR/NGR, ROI)
• Coordinating with Product, Marketing, and Payments teams

• Experience managing a team in iGaming
• Knowledge of CIS markets
• Strong analytical skills
• Negotiation skills
