We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager in crypto/fintech. Work with inbound and outbound leads, acquire B2B clients in CIS and international markets, communicate with top management of crypto/fintech companies. Remote work, fixed salary + KPI, payments in USDT or RUB.

What we need

• Confident business communication in Russian
• Understanding of B2B sales or willingness to learn quickly
• Willingness to complete a test task
• Focus on results and numbers
• Ability to work schedule 11:00–19:00 GMT+3
• Fluent Russian (for candidates outside Russia)
