Automation-first SEO Operator / Technical SEO

The company is seeking an Automation-first SEO Operator / Technical SEO to build systems for scaling traffic. The role involves finding SEO opportunities, automation pipelines, server configurations, and content generation. The candidate should be comfortable with terminal, scripting, and AI tools.

What you'll do

• Find working SEO combinations, entry points, and unoccupied clusters
• Quickly test hypotheses: launch → measurement → scaling
• Build automation pipelines for SEO tasks using n8n, scripts, AI tools, and APIs
• Automate routine: clustering, content generation, publishing, monitoring, parsing
• Work with Ahrefs, Search Console, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools at the analysis level, not just 'open a report'
• Generate and configure sites for traffic
• Work with nginx, .htaccess, robots.txt, DNS, Cloudflare, hosting, and panels
• Maintain existing SEO systems and refine internal tools
• Find scaling points and build processes around what already works

What we need

• Understand SEO not as a set of checklists but as a traffic acquisition system
• Able to think in hypotheses and work through tests
• Not afraid of terminal, servers, and technical aspects
• Can write or adapt a script for a task (Python / JS / bash — not critical)
• Interested in automation, AI workflows, scraping, vibe coding
• Understand how to accelerate production through automation, not manual work
• Can work independently and quickly figure out new tasks

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools, including developing AI workflows, integrations, and automation systems
• Experience with gray or gray-white niches
• Understanding of SEO schemes, grids, link building, PBN
• Experience with programmatic / semi-programmatic SEO
• Experience with mass site launches for search traffic
• Work with AI-assisted content pipelines
• Experience building own automation systems
